Ecstatic to announce that Fletcher Dilmore was named Power Broker for two of the Top Retail Leases in the Tallahassee Florida Market for Quarter 1 of 2022. Fletcher was recognized for two of his leases in the new development Publix anchored center on Bannerman Rd. in Tallahassee, FL, “The Shops at Bannerman Village.”
Burger King have agreed to a build-to-suit 2,500 SF location on “Out-Parcel C,” in the new development, while Tijuana Flats has agreed to lease a 2,800 SF in-line space with outdoor seating patio.
This is the third Power Broker award in-a-row that Mr. Dilmore has received.
