Outliers is a non-fiction book that examines different factors that contribute to high levels of success. From Canadian Ice Hockey players, Bill Gates, The Beatles, Joseph Flom, J. Robert Oppenheimer and several others Malcolm Gladwell takes a look into what factors, cultures and circumstances aligned to contribute to these individuals success.
I would say that the individuals natural talents and hard work is a little understated throughout the book, but does shed light on the importance of environment, culture, circumstance (being born at the right time) and personal experience.
I would rate this a 9/10 and a certain must read.
