Orlando, FL, October 7th, 2021- Premier Commercial Group announced today that Fletcher Dilmore, a member of our Tallahassee brokerage team was given the opportunity to host a round-table discussion with colleague Will Wamble at the ICSC Florida Regional Conference in Orlando. The discussion, titled, “Medical Marijuana Industry’s Effects on CRE,” was one of the most highly anticipated and well attended round table discussions of the day. The discussion focused on a variety of topics surrounding the industry including the trends in the types of retail spaces currently in demand for medical marijuana dispensaries, local & state zoning hurdles that are commonly faced and changes in attitudes from both landlords and lenders towards the having the use in their shopping centers.
After the event, Fletcher was fortunate enough to join VidaCann’s own Mark Ascik Jr. (pictured below) in a retailer meet and greet to discuss and review potential new locations for VidaCann with brokers and landlords.
