“The 48 Laws of Power,” by Robert Greene came highly recommended by my dear friend and avid reader Jennings DePriest. Jennings told me this was one of his absolute must reads, so much so that he reads it once per year…. every. single. year. and that speaks volumes about the contents of 48 Laws.
“The 48 Laws of Power,” prepares the reader for the realities of life, people are not always nice or kind, but they are always self interested. 48 Laws backs up each law with historical examples of each law in action and the ultimate effect. The book is hard to put down, dense with knowledge and as cut throat as can be. Ultimately, 48 Laws is Robert Greene’s masterpiece.
On the Fletcher Dilmore book review scale, “The 48 Laws of Power,” by Robert Greene scores a perfect 10/10, and is certainly a must read for anyone, especially any individual interested in climbing the business or governmental ladders.
