“The Commercial Real Estate Investor’s Handbook: A Step-by-Step Road Map to Financial Wealth,” by Steven Fisher is an excellent beginners guide to Commercial Real Estate Investing.
The book is not overly text bookish, it’s not hard to read and is packed with great information for a variety of Commercial Real Estate asset classes. It is a great start for someone just entering the industry or at least interested in exploring the idea of commercial real estate investing.
